Deliveries

Deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Bank holidays.
We will endeavour to deliver your order the same day within Milton Keynes free of charge if ordered before noon and with a minimum order value of £20.
There is no minimum order value for click and collect.
If we are unable to deliver your order on the same day, you will be made aware as soon as possible and you will be notified of your earliest delivery time.
If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us through call, email, or text.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will contact you to re-arrange and a £3 re-delivery charge will be added to your order. However, this will be waived if you make us aware in advance.
Deliveries in Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Bicester, and Aylesbury will be delivered on a specific day of the week. The minimum order value is £40 for free delivery otherwise there is a £5 delivery charge. For everywhere else within the UK, contact us by email (info@e-dukan.co.uk) to get delivery charges and shipping times.
If for any reason an item is unavailable in your order, if it is expected to be available the following day, we will schedule your delivery for the following day, however, we will inform you via email in advance.

All customer details will remain fully confidential while adhering to GDPR. We will not disclose your information to any third-party clients.

Payment Methods

We promise to make your shopping simple, and we are committed to giving you the best quality product with the best value for money. We will ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service and our products.
If for any reason you feel unsatisfied with the products or our service, you must contact us by emailing us at service@e-dukan.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will arrange a collection. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option of a refund or an exchange.

We aim to deliver you the freshest fruit and vegetables, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you have the right to refuse the product at the time of delivery and get the money back for that item not matching your standards.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will carefully select an alternative product, which you will have the option to purchase or return.
